Great Handlebars in Hugo in 1930s Paris
Just saw Hugo on DVD. Very enjoyable movie and a nice period piece set in the 1930s. I enjoyed the selection of actors they had, including three with nice handlebars:
Sasha Baron Cohen as the Station Inspector. I didn’t recognize him at all, but then I haven’t seen his other films.
Below that is Ben Kinsgley, who was great as the film maker Georges Méliès.
And at the bottom is the marvelous Christopher Lee as the bookseller Monsieur Labisse
Lee is so underutilized as a lead. Odd to say since he has been in some 276 titles. I would love to see him in a lead role that isn’t an evil person. lol. Any recommendations for that?
